EXAM PROCTORING

Examination begins at 3:00pm at all of our class locations. Please arrive between 2:30-2:45pm to sign in with your trainer.

 

Purchase includes an Exam Answer Sheet and Food Manager Certification Exam proctoring. Upon successful completion of the exam, student will receive a Food Manager Certification.
 
All class and exam registrations are FINAL.

  • Upon successful completion of the exam, student will receive a 5-year ServSafe Certificate and Permanent Ohio Department of Health Certificate.

  • SACE Consulting requires payment in full before your seat and/or appointment is reserved or confirmed in any of our Food Safety Classes. All classes start at 8:00 a.m at the location specified . SACE Consulting requires a 24 hour notification if you will not be attending a class or exam session. If there is no notification or you do not show up for a class or appointment, there is a $25.00 fee to reschedule. If you feel you need an accommodation due to a disability, foreign language interpreter, or if you need more time than the allotted 2 hours to take the exam, you must let us know at least 10 days before the exam so we can secure that accommodation through the National Restaurant Association. Failure to do so will result in your accommodation not being granted. The passing score on the exam is 75%. SACE Consulting makes no guarantees on you passing the exam however, if you fail the exam the first time, we will allow you to repeat the course one (1) time, using your own book, and paying a retest fee of $60.00

    SACE Consulting reserves the right to cancel a class or appointment due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced through email and/or text. Should SACE Consulting cancel a class, registrants will be offered registration in a future class at no additional cost.

    It is a requirement of Ohio Food Safety Education Services that Electronic devices and their use be limited to break times during class. ABSOLUTELY NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES WILL BE PERMITTED DURING THE EXAMINATION SESSION! Use of these devices during the Examination session will be considered as cheating. Any cheating during the examination is grounds for dismissal without refund and refusal of future testing as per National Restaurant Association Policies.

    A VALID ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THE CERTIFICATION EXAM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE EXAM WITHOUT IT!!
